The organic undulating form of this poppy is so unique and with colours ranging from whites and creams through pastels and some brighter pinks and oranges, there is something to suit all tastes. The Botanical Cake Studio was founded by cake artist Clare Margary. An ex-chef trained in Professional Cookery and Patisserie & Confectionery, in 2012 Clare created her own sideline venture, Little Bear Cakery, specialising in luxury wedding cakes. Over the past 10 years, Clare has found her true passion in creating incredibly lifelike sugar flowers. During this time she has developed her own unique techniques which she now teaches as part of The Botanical Cake Studio. 2020 saw the launch of her brand new garden studio where students can come and learn from Clare in person in either one-to-one or group classes. However, in order to make her teaching accessible for all, she will be regularly launching new online classes and courses so that you can learn from the comfort of your own home. Whether you are a complete novice, or a cake designer in your own right looking to develop your skills, The Botanical Cake Studio is a space where all levels are welcome. Clare looks forward joining you on your sugar flower journey.
